Acknowledgement

By completing this registration process, I agree to all the terms below. I also acknowledge that Life of Love CPR reserves the right to amend these terms, with or without notice. Additionally, I release Life of Love CPR (and all training sites/centers/instructors) of all legal responsibility for personal injury or property damage occurred while attending a course. 

Registration

No course is considered reserved until registration is complete through our online portal and full payment is received. 

Refunds

There will be no refunds issued once the registration process is complete. By enrolling in a course, you agree to this term.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Students can reschedule for a alternate date within 60 days of the original course date for a $20 processing fee. Rescheduling requests must be made more than 24 hours in advance of a course. 

No Call, No Show

If you do not show up for your course, you will forfeit all fees paid for the class. You will be required to pay again for the course.

Attendance

Students should expect to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their course. Late admittance into the course will not be accepted. Students who arrived past the scheduled course time will be not be admitted, and will be required to pay the full course fee to reschedule.

Online Portions

For any course that requires an online portion, the online portion must be completed before the start time of your course. Failure to complete online portions will result in a forfeit of all course fees.
